**1. Introduction**
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our ceramic painting services.
1.2 By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
1.3 If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
**2. Services**
2.1 We offer ceramic painting sessions and related products.
2.2 All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
2.3 We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.
**3. Booking and Payments**
3.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 We accept payments through credit/debit cards.
3.3 Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
**4. Cancellation and Refunds**
4.1 If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
4.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
4.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative session date.
**5. Session Conduct**
5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and our staff.
5.2 Any damage caused to the property or materials due to negligence will be charged to the participant.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if they are disruptive or pose a risk to others.
**6. Health and Safety**
6.1 Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
6.2 We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety instructions.
**7. Products and Materials**
7.1 All materials and tools needed for the session will be provided.
7.2 Participants may purchase additional materials or products from our studio.
7.3 Finished products will be available for collection within a specified time frame after the session.
**8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Bisquerie GmbH.**
**9. Final Provisions**
9.1 Severability Clause: Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid or incomplete, or should performance become impossible, the validity of the remaining provisions of the general terms and conditions shall not be affected. In such cases, Bisquerie GmbH undertakes to promptly replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes closest to the original intent. Any side agreements must be in writing.
9.2 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Bisquerie GmbH.
