1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services and the purchase of products offered by Bisquerie GmbH.
1.2 By booking a session, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Services
2.1 Bisquerie GmbH offers ceramic painting sessions, workshops, private events, gift cards, bundles, and related products.
2.2 Sessions and workshops must generally be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.
2.3 We reserve the right to adapt, modify, or discontinue services, products, prices, or offers at any time.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3.2 We accept payment using the payment methods offered on our website or in the studio.
3.3 A booking is only considered binding once payment has been successfully received.
3.4 For certain private events, group bookings, or custom offers, separate payment terms may apply. These will be communicated individually.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible.
4.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
4.4 If Bisquerie GmbH must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date.
4.5 If a participant fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
5. Participation and Conduct
5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and studio property.
5.2 Any damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence may be charged to the participant.
5.3 We reserve the right to exclude participants from a session if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Participants must follow all safety and studio instructions provided by our staff.
6.2 Bisquerie GmbH accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or from improper use of tools or materials.
6.3 Participants are responsible for informing themselves whether a workshop is suitable for them and for notifying us in advance of any relevant health concerns, allergies, or limitations where appropriate.
7. Materials, Ceramic Pieces, and Collection
7.1 All materials and tools required for the booked session are provided unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Ceramic blanks, workshop materials, or additional products may be charged separately where applicable.
7.3 Finished ceramic or workshop pieces will be ready for collection within the timeframe communicated during or after the session. This timeframe may vary depending on drying, glazing, firing, and finishing processes.
7.4 We take great care in handling all pieces. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics and the firing process, breakage, cracking, or other damage may occasionally occur. Bisquerie GmbH cannot guarantee that every piece will survive the process without defects.
7.5 Bisquerie GmbH is not liable for damage or breakage of painted or created ceramics after collection, including during transport, storage, or personal use. Ceramics are fragile and should be handled with care.
8. Gift Cards, Bundles, and Vouchers
8.1 Gift cards, bundle vouchers, and other promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law.
8.2 Vouchers may only be used in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
8.3 Bisquerie GmbH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards or voucher codes.
9. Liability
9.1 Bisquerie GmbH shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
9.2 Any further liability for slight negligence, indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By making a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed to the extent necessary for handling bookings, payments, communication, and service delivery.
11. Final Provisions
11.1 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
11.2 Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.
11.3 Any side agreements or amendments must be made in writing to be valid.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
12.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is the registered office of Bisquerie GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
